Duties
Assist skilled carpenters in constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made from wood and other materials.
Participate in concrete forming and pouring as part of foundational work.
Help assemble frameworks, including walls, roofs, and floors.
Learn caulking techniques to ensure proper sealing of joints and seams.
Assist with siding installation to enhance building exteriors.
Operate power tools safely and effectively while adhering to safety protocols.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Additional duties dependent on project.
Experience
Prior experience is required; Level 2 Carpenter Apprentice or higher (vast knowledge in the trade may be considered)
Willingness to learn and take direction is essential
Familiarity with basic carpentry tools and techniques is mandatory
A strong interest in construction, woodworking, or related fields
Ability to work well as part of a team while also being self
