quality delivery of Dual Credit, the Registered Apprenticeship Program (RAP), Green Certificate, CTS/CTF, and Work Experience.

Lead the design, submission, and implementation of locally developed courses (LDC), specifically focusing on Class 1 and Class 3 Commercial Driver Training pathways.
\n
Create lesson plans, instructor guides, student manuals, training resources and evaluation tools. Collaborate with driving instructors and simulation developers to build interactive simulations, scenarios, and debrief protocols. Promote and implement PRSD's Career Pathway Model, particularly the “Discovery Phase” in grades 7

Strong understanding of trades apprenticeship certification pathways.

Experience in industry practices, particularly transportation, commercial driving, or vocational education, is considered a significant asset.

Ability to work seamlessly with industry stakeholders, driving instructors, school administrators, teachers, families, and students.

Strong organizational and writing skills to manage complex program documentation and provincial reporting.
\n
A genuine passion for helping youth build practical skills required for a successful transition into the workforce. The position will commence on May 11th, 2026, or a mutually agreed
