Capital Building Maintenance & Restoration Inc. is a group of dedicated professionals seeking an experienced construction team lead carpenter to assist in commercial renovations throughout Alberta, BC and Saskatchewan.\n
Job type: Full time, Permanent.

Salary: $35–$40 per hour (Negotiable based on experience).
\n
Responsibilities
\n
Must have tools and driver’s license.
Must be able to read blueprints.
Must be able to direct and lead a crew toward success; mentor as needed.
Must have excellent written, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
Must be organized and have a positive attitude.
Must be able to travel weekly per job across western Canada.
Must be able to work a condensed work week, including evenings and weekends if required.
Must be able to work unsupervised as well as in a team setting.
Installing restaurant counters and tiling experience considered an asset.
Qualifications:\n
Minimum 5 years of carpentry experience.
Minimum 5 years supervising experience.
Valid driving licence.
Willingness to travel 100% of the time.
