Duties and Responsibilities
o Create positive guest experiences by building loyalty and carefully considering each guest’s unique needs
o Display a strong foundation of cannabis knowledge, while showing initiative to create compelling yet convenient cannabis shopping experiences
o Consistently look for areas to make improvements to operations and business results
o Drive sales by educating guests on cannabis products and accessories
o Successfully achieve sales targets and other key business metrics
o Support with completing all tasks and duties as assigned
o Adhere to all company training, operational standards and procedures
o Ensure compliance with all company policies and programs
o Adhere to all federal, provincial and municipal legislative requirements of cannabis retailers
o Complete tasks as assigned by Managers
o Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
o 1

3 years experience in customer service with a preference for retail
o Proven ability to deliver positive guest experiences and develop customer loyalty
o Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast
