Required Experience

up on completion of daily Customer Availability process tasks. Assesses the overall presentation of Food & Consumables Departments and appearance, noting deficiencies for corrective action and executing merchandising display changes where required. Ensure solid communication with associates, leads the daily Team Huddle at the start of each shift, and provide the team with updates, set goals, and track productivity. Review completed schedules with People Lead. Assign Associates to support coverage and availability tasks in all areas of the store. Tours assigned areas with the Coach and team associates to validate and identify training opportunities. Develops associates through teaching and training and provides feedback as needed. Contributes to a safe, clean and hazard free work environment through adherence to Company policy and procedures, including the completion of safety sweep logs and ensuring displays and fixtures are secure and free of debris. Complete GTA/Workday tasks and supports Management. Partner with Coach/People Lead to facilitate performance management and growth conversations for Associates. Supports recruiting and hiring new associates. The minimum rate of pay for this position starts from $20.85. Rate of pay will be determined based on relevant experience.
