THE PROSPECT

This Camp & Remote Operations Manager position in Inuvik, NT, puts you at the helm of an integrated Arctic services operation. You will lead camp, catering, logistics, and workforce support for oil and gas, military, and industrial clients at the top of Canada.

Experience: 7+ years of progressive operations leadership in camp services, remote logistics, or hospitality management.

Assets: Experience with Indigenous organizations, knowledge of the Inuvialuit Settlement Region, or prior Arctic/remote operating experience.

Position Details

THE ROLE
As the senior leader for the Arctic services division, you will oversee daily service delivery, financial performance, and safety compliance while maintaining critical client relationships.
