What You’ll Do
· Analyze the administrative issues in order to provide help to employees
· Sort the technical problems in order to help employees with established procedures
· Hire, train, direct and motivate staff
· Lead/instruct groups
· Monitor and evaluate
· Conduct sales calls
· Monitor staff performance
· Monitor department’s performance
· Conduct quality audits
· Resolve conflict situations
· Offer mentoring
· Provide staff training
What We’re Looking For
· Supervisory Experience
· College/CEGEP Diploma
· At least 2 years of experience in a similar role in a call center environment
· Experience in Sales, Quality Assurance and Employee Recognition
