As we continue to grow, we are excited to add a new Business Development Representative to our Sales & Marketing team. This is an entry‑level opportunity designed for motivated individuals who want to develop qualified sales and marketing skills, gain business experience, and grow into larger responsibilities with the company over time.

Here’s what you’ll do:
Identify and pursue new opportunities to drive long‑term business growth
Research and compile lists of prospective customers and markets
Connect with customers through phone calls, emails, and networking
Develop and implement email marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads
Help coordinate appointments or meetings for sales team
Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls and customer interactions
Meet or exceed weekly and quarterly KPIs
What you need to be successful:
Strong verbal communication and confidence speaking with recent people
The ability to build rapport quickly and professionally
A competitive mindset with resilience when handling objections
Excellent time management, organization, and follow‑through
Coachable, team‑oriented, and motivated to improve every day.
Education/Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business or Science is strongly preferred
Professional level French is a solid asset
Applicants must be legally authorized to work in Canada and not require current or future employer sponsorship
Previous sales experience is an asset, but not requirement. We value attitude, effort, and willingness to learn.
