Perform seasonal duties such as leaf removal, snow and ice removal (shovelling and salting), and debris cleanup or storm damage cleanup. Ensure exterior walkways, entrances, patios, and parking areas are clean, secure, and free from hazards.
Monitor grounds for pest control issues or vandalism and report concerns to management.
Ensure the property adheres to the company standard policies & procedures.
Respond to tenant requests and service calls in a timely, professional manner.
Support preventative maintenance programs for multiple sites
Coordinate with contractors and vendors as needed
Assists with various construction projects and coordinates receipt of quotes from multiple third
