The General Building Engineer plays an important part in ensuring the planned and reactive maintenance work within the prisons is carried out in a safe, compliant and timely manner.

We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for an in office Building Engineer in HMP Sudbury.
\n
The standard hours of work are 39 hours per week, 8am – 5pm (across 7 days where a weekend shift pattern is in place). There is a need to work 1 in 3 weekends, but this would be on a rota basis (and with an additional allowance of 15% of basic salary).

The base salary is between £27,448
