Spot 420 Cannabis is hiring for our Orangeville location. We’re looking for team members who bring solid retail or hospitality experience and a genuine passion for legal cannabis products and brands. Our goal is to offer more than a transaction—we aim to create a welcoming, educational, and memorable experience for every customer.
What We’re Looking For
Previous retail or hospitality experience (preferred)
Cannabis retail experience is an asset
Experience with inventory, stocking, or merchandising is an asset
Cash

handling or POS experience is an asset
Solid customer service and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Qualifications
Must be 19+
CannSell certification required
Must be able to pass a criminal background check
Minimum 1 year of cannabis retail or general retail experience
Experience opening and closing a store
Comfortable with cash handling and daily cash management
Availability Requirements
Flexible availability
6–8 hour shifts
Days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Store operates 7 days a week
Key Responsibilities
Verify customer age and identification in compliance with regulations
Assist customers by recommending suitable cannabis products based on strains, effects, and preferences
Process transactions accurately using the POS system
Maintain inventory levels and ensure the sales floor is fully stocked
Convert customer needs into sales using established store processes
Deliver excellent customer service at all times
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals
Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant retail environment
