Scope of the Position
Provide operational excellence in the branch customer service and safety by coordinating operations functions, supporting and mentoring associates to provide superior customer service to high safety standards within established and maintained goals and objectives set for the branch, reviewing all operations functions and ensuring that all business processes, work instruction and OH&S; procedures are investigated, developed, scheduled, measured and posted. This position provide input into establishing and maintaining the goals and objectives set for the branch and may have responsibilities that include overlap of other positions found in the branch.
