Key Responsibilities
Assemble and install bleacher systems according to blueprints and specifications
Measure, align, and secure structural components to ensure proper installation
Use hand and power tools to complete installations safely and efficiently
Inspect materials and completed installations for quality and safety compliance
Perform repairs, maintenance, and upgrades on existing bleacher systems
Load, unload, and transport materials to and from job sites
Follow all workplace safety procedures and regulations
Loading/ Unloading the truck
Required Qualifications Experience in construction, carpentry, or general labor
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Experience using hand tools and power tools
Solid physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy materials (50+ lbs)
Comfortable working indoor/outdoor conditions
Solid attention to detail and commitment to safety
Valuable communication and teamwork skills
