Required Experience

day technical calls and provides direction to the Market Centers regarding injury prevention and regulatory compliance.
7. Provides recommendations and education at the Market Center level on location specific safety and injury prevention elements to improve the overall impact of their safety program.
8. Assists in providing training at the regional level that supports the goals of the Risk Management Team.
9. Communicates frequently with Operations Leaders (Regional Vice Presidents, Group Vice Presidents, General Managers, Site Leaders, Plant Managers, Maintenance Managers and Safety Action Team members) on matters associated with safety and injury prevention.
10. Responsible for reviewing performance trends and injury analytics to provide viable recommendations for preventing and/or controlling potential losses.
11. Uses a combination of experience and innovation to drive results across all goals.
12. Maintains compliance with governmental regulatory agencies (i.e. OSHA and State agencies in the US – Provincial Occupational Health and Safety Agencies in Canada).
13. May be asked to occasionally be involved in unique projects or programs spanning more than assigned geographic region by Risk Management leadership.
14. Performs other duties as assigned or requested.

A problem solver; Proven analytical skills; Sound planning and decision making skills; Demonstrated ability to provide team leadership and organization of workflows within a team; Proven ability to interact with various levels of staff and management and senior leaders; Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
