2.3 Tasks The contractor will be guided by the CFHA project management team and must be a adaptable project coordinator capable of adapting their experience and approach to meet the evolving needs of multiple projects. The contractor must perform the following activities in support of various system enhancements and digital transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and stakeholder expectations: Requirements Definition Support: Assist in the identification and documentation of system requirements by collaborating with project leads, business owners, and technical subject matter experts. Ensure coordination and synchronization of related project activities. System Development Support: Provide administrative and technical assistance for documenting user requirements, supporting solution discussions, and preparing scope documentation. Coordinate assigned tasks, track change requests, and maintain communication with the development team to ensure user needs are met and project timelines are adhered to. Testing Coordination: Support and coordinate testing activities to validate that system objectives are met and deliverables align with client requirements. Implementation Monitoring: Track progress of implementation plans and operational launch against established goals, objectives, and milestones. Report on variances to the project management team. Communication Facilitation: Maintain effective communication with project management, IT professionals, technical users, and end users to address administrative matters and ensure timely information flow. Qualifications Must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience supporting business owners and technical SMEs to define system requirements. Must have experience collaborating with system development teams on at least three (3) IT projects , including activities such as defining scope, gathering requirements, developing and maintaining project plans, monitoring tasks, and ensuring effective coordination throughout the development lifecycle.
