Key Responsibilities:
• Perform patient and healthcare provider registration activities
• Process detailed case management data efficiently
• Provide informative support regarding disease therapies
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information diligently
• Assist with funding searches for patient therapies
Requirements:
• Must be a licensed RN or RPN in good standing
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience preferred
• Bilingual in English and French is required
• Experience in Patient Support Programs essential
• Knowledge in reimbursement for therapy coverage advantageous
