• Greet and assist passengers with exceptional service
• Monitor passenger flows into the Primary Inspection Lane
• Validate passenger entry to restricted areas
• Coordinate passenger flows at key areas
• Establish relationships with terminal service providers
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bilingual in French and English
• One year of customer service or security experience
• Physically capable of standing and walking long distances
• Availability for 24/7 shift rotations
