Le/la candidat(e) idéal(e) possède d'excellentes aptitudes à la communication, un grand souci du détail et une solide compréhension de la gestion des avantages sociaux et des processus de paie. Ce rôle consiste à répondre aux questions des clients, à résoudre leurs problèmes et à fournir aux employés des informations précises afin d'assurer leur satisfaction.
Responsabilités :
• Assistance clientèle : Être le premier point de contact pour les demandes des employés concernant les avantages sociaux, les régimes de retraite, la paie, l'assurance maladie ou les assurances complémentaires, par le biais d'appels entrants.
• Résolution des problèmes : Identifier et résoudre les problèmes et préoccupations des employés, en apportant des solutions efficaces ou en transmettant les cas complexes aux services internes compétents.
• Documentation : Tenir à jour des registres détaillés et organisés de toutes les interactions, demandes et résolutions dans le système de gestion de la relation client (CRM) de l'entreprise.
