The Customer

Engagement team plays a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for our users before they need to reach out to customer service. The focus is on proactively solving customer issues, providing specialized offers, driving engagement on our platform.

Vacancy: Replacement Responsibilities Proactively reach out to customers via phone call or email to resolve potential issues before they escalate to customer service. Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience through personalized engagement and targeted promotions. Provide specialized offers to drive engagement and retention on the platform.

Maintain and update the BET99 knowledge base and AI Agent to improve automated assistance and self
