Position Details

Hours: up Open new vendor files and maintain accurate records and filing systems Process billing for sales contracts, equipment rentals and repair work Validate totals, taxes, quantities and all other relevant information before issuing invoices Ensure all required documentation is signed and attached to each contract Respond to customer questions related to invoicing Confirm that payments for COD invoices have been properly entered Manage the automatic monthly billing generated on the first day of each month Prepare, print and distribute selected weekly and monthly reports Accounts Receivable and Administrative Support Participate in bank account matching activities Prepare daily deposits and apply payments to the appropriate customer invoices Assist with all tasks related to the accounts receivable cycle Provide reception coverage during lunch hours, vacations and other absences Support year
