oriented Barista to join our team for the summer season at the Port Credit and Lakeview farmers markets. Hours are typically from 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Summer season starts around June to October. We also have private events after the summer markets that you can join if you interested.
Overview:
In this role, you will be responsible for crafting coffee beverages, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining an organized workspace.
Duties:
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks following quality standards.
Greet customers and process orders accurately using the POS system.
Maintain the cleanliness of the coffee station and service area.
Assist with food preparation and handling as needed.
Manage time effectively during peak hours.
Qualifications:
Previous experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
Strong cashiering and basic math skills.
Knowledge of specialty coffee.
Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
