quality outpatient service for cancer patients and donor registries, working closely with the Haematology and Transplant Manager and the Lead Apheresis Nurse. They will contribute to practice development forums both within the Clinic and externally, helping to share knowledge and shape best practice. Alongside their clinical responsibilities in line with the NMC Code, the post holder will also mentor and support junior staff, enabling them to build confidence and develop the skills needed to provide outstanding patient care.\n
