Inventory & Sanitization: Maintain ingredient inventory, manage waste reduction, and sanitize equipment such as mixers and ovens.
Collaboration: Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and assist with customer orders as needed.
Requirements
Proven experience as a baker or in a similar role.
Familiarity with professional kitchen equipment.
Strong knowledge of sanitation and food handling procedures.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
