Required Experience

Proactively identify and report hazards, near misses, or unsafe conditions.
Ensure equipment and work areas are inspected and maintained to meet safety standards. Y ard Operations Safely operate shunt trucks and mobile equipment to move trailers, sea cans, and yard chassis.
Coordinate trailer placement and yard flow with warehouse leadership.
Perform daily equipment inspections and light maintenance to keep equipment in working condition.
Maintain accurate yard records and support overall yard organization.
Support outdoor upkeep, including snow removal and general yard maintenance.
Warehouse Maintenance Perform routine warehouse maintenance, including racking, pallets, and minor facility repairs.
Ensure forklifts and equipment are charged, inspected, and ready for use.
Support preventative maintenance and help maintain equipment reliability.
Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and safe.
Requirements: Valid AZ licence with a clean driving record. 12 years of shunt truck experience OR 23 years of driving experience.
Experience with warehouse, equipment, or facility maintenance is an asset.
Ability to work outdoors year
