Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience) Must have a minimum of 5+ years’ experience in Flying Operations or related Engineering, Avionics/Mission Systems discipline. Post‑Secondary education or equivalent work experience.

Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint). Must be able to legally work in Canada. Must be eligible to handle US export‑controlled data. Must consent to Canadian Government Controlled Goods Program (CGP) assessment. Must be eligible for Secret Level II security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)10+ years of military aviation experience in Flying Operations or Aerospace Engineering or Equivalent Avionics/Mission Systems experience.

Aircraft Avionics

Hardware/Software configuration management experience.

Rotary

Wing experience. Knowledge of the Royal Canadian Air Force Technical Airworthiness Policy.

This requisition is for a locally hired position in Canada. The employer is Boeing Canada. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Canada.

Benefits and pay are determined by Canada and are not on Boeing US‑based payroll. This is not an expatriate assignment. Starting salary will be based on year of post‑secondary education completed, qualifications and experience.
