The Automotive Technician will play a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction through expert service and technical proficiency. Duties Diagnose and repair automotive issues using hand tools, power tools, and schematics Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and fluid replacements Conduct complex repairs including engine diagnostics, transmission work, and electrical system troubleshooting Utilize welding techniques for structural repairs when necessary Follow manufacturer specifications and safety protocols during all repair procedures Assist with vehicle assembly and component replacement as needed Maintain detailed service records and communicate findings effectively to customers Ensure work area is clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards Support team members with technical guidance and mentorship when required Experience Prior dealership experience is preferred but not mandatory; relevant mechanic experience is essential Proficiency with automotive repair tools, hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment Strong mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems including electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical components Experience reading schematics and technical manuals for diagnostics and repairs Ability to lift heavy parts safely and perform physical tasks involving heavy lifting regularly Excellent customer service skills to explain repairs clearly and professionally Knowledge of vehicle assembly processes is a plus Join our team to work in a energetic environment where your skills in automotive repair will be valued.
