We are looking for an EXPERIENCED Automotive technician with their Interprovincial Reseal License that wants to work with others that are at the same professional level as themselves and that can provide high quality repairs on vehicles. We are a team that works together to serve our customers and fix cars right the first time.
We do things a little differently at our shop and want someone who is open to learning processes that have proven to create an environment that is free from chaos and drama.
We know what it's like to feel unappreciated as a great technician. We know how it feels to not have your voice heard and to work with broken or no shop tools. We strive to always show appreciation and be the place EVERYONE wants to work at.
Our shop won the Municipality Of Chester, Best of Chester award for 2021. 2022, 2024, And Best of Chester Hall of Fame 2025 . Our sales have soared over the last 5 years. Our people and systems have earned us a 4.9 Google rating with over 300 reviews. We currently see approximately 175 cars per month ( 3 bay shop) and need help keeping up with the constant demand .Pay will vary based on ability and experience, our top technicians usually start at $80000.00 but there is no ceiling cap potential.
