Preferred Experience & Skills
310S Licensed Automotive Service Technician, or experienced 2nd–4th year apprentice
Strong diagnostic and mechanical proficiency
Experience with OEM repair procedures (Toyota, GM, FCA, Honda, Ford, VW, BMW, Mercedes, etc.)
Ability to interpret wiring diagrams, technical bulletins, and service manuals
Experience in a dealership environment (preferred but not required)
Familiarity with PBS DMS or other dealership management systems is a strong asset
Ability to work efficiently with high attention to detail
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
