What You’ll Do
Greet customers and provide a welcoming, skilled service experience
Listen to customer concerns and accurately document service requests
Recommend maintenance and repair services based on vehicle needs
Clearly explain services, repairs, and pricing to customers
Upsell additional services, maintenance, and parts when appropriate
Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient workflow
Track and manage repair orders from start to finish
Keep customers updated on vehicle status and timelines
Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of experience as a Service Advisor or in automotive customer service
Strong knowledge of automotive systems and repair processes
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Proven ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy setting
Sales skills with the ability to explain and recommend services confidently
Strong attention to detail and problem
