Who We’re Looking For
1–2 years of recent experience as an Automotive Parts Advisor
Previous dealership experience is a strong asset
Experience with truck accessories and modifications is an asset
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Strong organizational and time‑management abilities
Comfortable working in a rapid‑paced environment with multiple deadlines
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract
Proficiency in English (written and verbal)
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with customers, technicians, and teammates
Schedule: Full‑Time
Compensation: $4,000 per month + commission
What Your Day Will Look Like
Provide excellent service to both internal and external customers at the parts counter
Communicate and promote parts, accessories, and current specials
Maintain high customer satisfaction by addressing issues promptly
Support Service Advisors by providing accurate labour estimates when needed
Collaborate with Service and Sales teams to ensure timely parts delivery
Process payments for retail customers when required
Stock inventory, maintain an organized warehouse, and assist with inventory counts
Stay current with manufacturer warranty procedures and liaise with factory representatives
Support the department with housekeeping tasks and product knowledge updates
Communicate clearly about backorders, delays, or delivery concerns
Take on additional duties as assigned by Management
