Required Experience

oriented and organized Deal Clerk to support our dealership operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our vehicle sales accounting processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Process and finalize vehicle deals in a timely and accurate manner
Verify and secure all funding related to vehicle sales, including manufacturer incentives
Register warranties as required
Maintain and reconcile the dealership’s sales journal
Ensure all transactions comply with OMVIC regulations
Prepare remittances for aftermarket products
Process payments related to chattels and other deal components
Qualifications:
Solid computer skills; experience with PBS is considered an asset
1 year of experience in an automotive dealership workplace preferred
Background in accounting, with hands
