QualificationsDiploma or degree in a relevant technical field (Electrical Engineering, Automation & Robotics, or equivalent). 5–10 years of experience in a similar role or managing related projects. Strong understanding of Canadian manufacturing safety standards and procedures. Experience in a steel mill or metal manufacturing environment is an asset. Strong expertise in PLC programming, troubleshooting, and system integration using Rockwell Automation platforms (Studio 5000 / Logix 5000, FactoryTalk). Experience with Siemens PLC platforms is an asset.
