Responsibilities
Look up parts for customers in person and over the phone
Place orders and follow up with customers
Provide product expertise and provide relevant parts recommendations when required
Carrying parts outside to customers vehicle
Picking orders for delivery
Handling cash and other forms of payment
Putting away stock
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of automotive parts
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to lift 50 pounds
Robust computer skills
