The Prospect This is a contract associate role designed for a clinician who wants to build a sustainable caseload on their own terms. You'll start with 3–5 clients per week and expand at a pace that works for you. This is a valuable fit if you're newly registered, returning to practice, or want a dedicated space outside your current employment.
What We're Looking For
CCC (Canadian Certified Counsellor), RSW, Registered Psychologist, or provisional psychologist
Comfortable working independently — clinical supervision is not provided through this role
Interest in or experience with: men's mental health, trauma, ADHD/neurodivergence, or burnout

$80–$130 per client hour (commensurate with credentials and experience)
