Your new role In this new role you will be responsible for carrying a full case load focusing primarily on Immigration matters as well as coordinating the application process, including evaluating applications to identify category qualifications, researching the processes and requirements for different types of applications.
You will be required to prepare submission packages for both basic and complex cases and submitting to various government agencies. In this role you will also aid with the client intake process and respond to both basic and complex client inquiries to ensure that applications are processed, and any challenges are anticipated and taken care of. call experience, with knowledge in Immigration Law.
You can work well under pressure, manage priorities, and meet deadlines. You will also have robust teamwork skills, be trustworthy, accountable, proactive, and possess a positive work attitude. In addition, you have membership in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.
