We are seeking two experienced and collaborative leaders to join the Student Success Centre (SSC) in a shared Associate Director role. This posting is for two (2) part

time positions (50% each) . Each incumbent will be responsible for a portion of the portfolio, while working in close partnership to ensure seamless delivery of services and programs.
As lead members of the Student Success Centre team, the Associate Director(s) provides strategic and operational leadership across both the Student Success Centre (SSC) and the Centre for Experiential and Service Learning (CESL).
These units play a vital role in supporting student success, retention, and progression, while helping students connect their academic experiences to meaningful career pathways. Programming is holistic in nature—supporting students academically, socially, and professionally from entry through to graduation.
