Harrison Healthcare Toronto, located in Midtown at Yonge and St. Clair, is looking for a compassionate, dynamic leader to help run our operations in a beautiful 12,000 sq ft clinic with amazing views of the city.

As the Associate Director, Clinic Operations you would be accountable for all areas related to the clinic, its team and function, reporting to the Senior Director, Clinic Operations. You would be responsible for leading the clinic, executing strategic initiatives, and ensuring programs and services are delivered to the highest clinical and client experience standard. This role oversees a continuous cycle of improvement to enhance workflow, performance, and experience for team members and clients.

In addition, you will contribute to the ongoing evolution and scalability of our Toronto operations as the market continues to grow. You would be responsible for leading and supporting the team to deliver a personalized client experience by creating a culture of Innovation, Compassion and Excellence.
