Responsibilities
Perform general dentistry procedures including examinations, fillings, crowns, root canals, extractions, and preventive care
Utilize dental CAD software for designing restorations and prosthetics
Manage pediatric patients with patience and understanding, ensuring a comfortable experience
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using Epic and Dentrix electronic health record systems
Educate patients on oral health practices and treatment options
Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and office staff to ensure smooth clinic operations
Adhere to all safety protocols and infection control standards in accordance with industry regulations
Stay current with advancements in dental technology and techniques through ongoing career development
Requirements
Valid state dental license with eligibility to practice as an Associate Dentist
Experience working in a dental office setting; familiarity with Epic and Dentrix systems is preferred
Strong knowledge of medical terminology relevant to dental practice
Experience or interest in pediatrics is highly desirable
Proficiency with CAD software for designing dental restorations is a plus
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients of diverse backgrounds
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
Commitment to providing compassionate patient care and maintaining high standards of clinical excellence
