Support the Site Superintendent in the delivery of the project.
Take on specific scopes to make your priority, such as Interior, M&E; and envelope work.
Support the enforcement and education to ensure a protected and harassment free jobsite.
Learn the project drawings and scope to ensure the project is delivered correctly with quality and on schedule.
Other duties typical of an Assistant Superintendent role.
Requirements
Willingness to work in Summerland
Experience as an Assistant Superintendent or Foreperson on a townhome, 4
