Key Duties and Responsibilities

Ensure the team is delivering an excellent customer experience through coaching and motivating the team while driving sales.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable on all products offered.

Generate business results and achieve key KPIs.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of retail experience.
\n
Passionate and knowledgeable about streetwear and sneaker culture.
\n
Experience supervising, training and coaching sales associates.

Confidence and comfort engaging customers to deliver an elevated experience.

Motivation to achieve great results through interaction with customers and athletic products.
\n
Strong cognitive and mathematical skills, including problem analysis, decision making and financial analysis.
