As a senior member of the store leadership team, youll play a key role in shaping the customer experience and supporting Farm Boys vision of the best fresh shopping destination in the community.
Working closely with the Store Manager, youll help bring business strategies to life while building a culture rooted in trust, engagement, inclusion, and performance.

secondary program with an emphasis in business, plus a minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible retail management experience (preferably within the perishable food sector), or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Completion of Public Health Food Handler certification, Smart Serve, and Level A First Aid & Basic CPR, or a commitment to obtain all required certifications within six months of hire.
Strong working knowledge of the retail environment, food products, and high standards for quality and freshness.
Proven ability to thrive in a fast

Language: on setting that involves extended periods of standing, heavy lifting, and work that may be performed in cooler, freezer, and outdoor conditions.
Flexibility to work a dynamic schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Fluency in English; French language skills considered an asset.
