Participate in the management of an inspiring furniture and home décor store. As an Assistant Store Manager , you will collaborate with the Manager to create a positive working environment for the team and an excellent shopping experience for our customers.

Our stores are open 7 days a week, so we are looking for candidates who can work 40 hours per week and are available to work a variety of shifts on weekdays, weeknights, and weekends.

What You Will Do:
Guide customers in their decor choices
Ensure the achievement of sales objectives
Communicate your expectations to the team and provide training, coaching, and feedback
Manage store merchandising, inventory, and shrink
Lead and maintain the visual standards and cleanliness of the store
What you Bring:
At least 2 years of Retail sales and customer service leadership experience
Experience with achieving sales targets
Outgoing personality, who loves to meet current people
Collaborate to achieve shared goals
Open availability to work a combination of shifts which may include evenings and weekends
Ability to stand and walk for a full shift
Manual dexterity to perform tasks such as working on ladders, moving boxes and furniture
The ability to lift and move loads up to 50 lbs / 23 kg
