Role: Management of all aspects of BOOMburger
Availability: Days, evenings, weekends
Wages: $19/$21 hour
Location: 64 Dellridge Lane, Bedford, Nova Scotia

What would I need to do at BOOMburger?
· Work with the Manger to provide exceptional customer service and help the team do the same
· As part of the Management team, lead the team. Training, leadership and coaching of our staff
· Take action! Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
· Help ensure operational excellence! Prepare and serve food, order products, monitor operations, report on various results
· Balance cash and complete cash reports
· Monitor revenues and labour expense and modify staffing to achieve labour goals
· Ensure food safety, health and safety, responsible alcohol service are being properly followed
· Create a positive environment for the team
Skills and Qualifications:

Managing a team of 10 with some full time supervisors and other part time workers
Prior food service leadership experience is required.
