Required Experience

• site manager when ownership is not present Oversee front desk, reservations, and guest services Handle guest concerns and service recovery Supervise and train staff, including front desk, housekeeping, and seasonal employees Provide front desk and housekeeping coverage as required Assist with scheduling and shift coverage Perform opening/closing duties and cash handling Support inventory, supplies, and basic reporting Communicate operational issues to management Qualifications 2+ years hospitality or resort experience Supervisory or lead experience preferred Comfortable performing front desk and housekeeping duties Solid communication and problem
• solving skills Available for weekends and peak periods Compensation $26–$30 per hour, depending on experience End

Position Details
