Key Responsibilities

Train, mentor, and support team members to consistently deliver exceptional service
Independently oversee opening and closing procedures as a key holder
Manage inventory, including ordering and conducting regular stock counts
Work closely with Senior Management to implement operational direction
Accurately reconcile daily cash deposits
Address customer concerns promptly to ensure a positive guest experience
Ensure all food preparation meets established food safety standards
\nQualifications & Requirements\n
Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role
Previous leadership experience preferred
