Key Responsibilities
• Manage the full accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) cycle, including processing invoices, coordinating payments, and following up on outstanding balances
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations across multiple legal entities
• Prepare and file periodic GST/QST/PST returns for various entities
• Coordinate and manage all government and regulatory filings
• Handle cheque and deposit preparation as required
• Assist with monthly accruals for G/L closing and bookkeeping
• Maintain a rigorous, organized filing system for all documents and legal entities
Your profile
Qualifications
• College diploma (DEC) or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, or equivalent relevant experience
• Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience
• Fully bilingual in French and English (written and spoken)
• Comfortable working within a multi
