ups, and credit notes Manage accounts payable: invoice processing and payment preparation Create and maintain customer and vendor records Perform monthly close and produce required reports Prepare monthly financial statements, including cash flow statements Analyze the balance sheet and income statement Perform bank reconciliations Record monthly journal entries (accruals, prepaid expenses, amortization, etc.) Reconcile intercompany accounts Maintain the fixed assets register Prepare GST/QST returns Prepare weekly cash flow forecasts Process government payments (GST/QST and corporate tax installments) Process electronic payments and weekly payment batches Perform any other related duties as requested by the Corporate Controller Your profile Profile Sought: Strong knowledge of the full accounting cycle Solid financial analysis skills Experience with GST/QST filings and government remittances Expertise in cash flow management Proficiency in SAGE 50 and advanced Excel skills High level of accuracy, autonomy, and solid organizational skills Ability to manage multiple entities simultaneously Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (mandatory) to communicate with teams across Canada Other openings that may pick your interest
