**Key Responsibilities**
Assemble electrical and mechanical components using drawings, schematics, specifications, and wiring diagrams
Determine proper wiring sequences, layouts, and component placement
Perform functional and electrical testing to ensure products meet specifications and applicable standards
Ensure all work complies withCSA, UL, and CEC codes, as well as internal quality requirements
Follow all safety procedures, including proper use of PPE and safe operation of tools and equipment
Contribute ideas to improve workstation efficiency and overall production effectiveness
Participate in department meetings, safety initiatives, lean manufacturing efforts, continuous improvement programs, and quality management activities
Perform other related duties as assigned
Carry out all tasks in alignment with company values, code of ethics, and environmental, health, and safety standards
**Required Skills & Qualifications**
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and circuit boards
Proficiency in soldering, crimping, and panel wiring
Minimum 1 year of manufacturing or assembly experience
Experience with machining operations, including milling and drilling equipment
Grade 12 diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution
**Preferred Skills & Experience**
Background in electrical, electronic, or production assembly
Strong understanding of electronics and soldering techniques
Experience reading blueprints and technical documentation
