Required Experience

• quality aquatic services. Duties Develop and implement swim programs for various age groups and skill levels Supervise lifeguards, instructors, and other aquatic staff to ensure safety protocols are followed Conduct regular safety inspections of pool facilities and equipment Provide swimming instruction and coaching to individuals and groups as needed Coordinate schedules for classes, lessons, and special events Enforce facility rules and water safety regulations to prevent accidents Manage administrative tasks including record keeping, reporting, and inventory management Promote water safety awareness through community outreach and educational programs Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations Experience Proven experience in teaching swimming and water safety instruction Prior management or supervisory experience in an aquatic or recreational setting preferred Solid leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff and foster teamwork Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with staff, participants, and the community Knowledge of pool operations, maintenance, and safety standards is essential Certification in lifeguarding, CPR, First Aid, and Water Safety Instruction is required or highly preferred Pay: $27.00
