Position Details

Employment Type: distance driving (up to 12 hours). • Be able to travel to the United States for work without requiring a U.S. visa. • Work effectively both independently and as part of a team, day or night. • Be proficient in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel) and comfortable using various software systems, including Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications, to complete tasks in a timely manner. • Be available to travel to other parts of Canada (e.g., Calgary, Ottawa & Mississauga) to attend professional training sessions ranging from a few days each year to several weeks, especially at the beginning of employment. • Be responsible for the shipping and receiving of parts, as well as the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process. • Be able to create Purchase Orders and complete Shipping Orders. • Help to support inventory management, including parts counts, and liaise with both the Western Imaging Services Centre (WISC) and the Eastern Imaging Services Centre (EISC).
